PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is very important to me.

At Joy Lindholm, I follow fundamental principles and I don’t ask you for personal information unless I truly need it.

I don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop my services, or protect my rights.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.joylindholm.com (the “Site”).

WHAT PERSONAL DATA I COLLECT AND WHY I COLLECT IT

When you visit the Site, I automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, I collect information about the individual web pages or services that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. I refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

I collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Cookies are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit www.allaboutcookies.org.

Log files track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

Web beacons, tags, and pixels are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

When I talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, I am talking about Device Information. I use the Device Information that I collect to help screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize my Site (for example, by generating analytics about how my clients browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of marketing and advertising campaigns).

COOKIES

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. I use cookies to help me identify and track visitors, their usage of the Site, and their Site access preferences. Site visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using the Site, with the drawback that certain features of the Site’s websites may not function properly without the aid of cookies.

EMBEDDED CONTENT FROM OTHER WEBSITES

Copy on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

WHO I SHARE YOUR DATA WITH

I share your Personal Information with third parties to help me use your Personal Information, as described above.

I use Google Analytics to help me understand how my clients use the Site — you can read more about how Google uses your Personal Information here.

Finally, I may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or otherwise protect my rights.

WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA

You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data I hold about you, including any data you have provided to me. You can also request that I erase any personal data I hold about you. This does not include any data I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

DO NOT TRACK
Please note that I do not alter my Site’s data collection and use practices when I see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information I hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact me through the contact information below.

WHERE I SEND YOUR DATA

Your email address will never be sold or shared with any third-party websites. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
